In the car software, a smart function allows you to read the chassis number of the vehicle you want to diagnose. Thus, the model and year are automatically selected. In addition, the engine code of the vehicles, which is usually available on the market, is also selected automatically.

The AUTOCOM 2020 software runs on a virtual machine, i.e. you only have to launch a Windows partition where the software is already installed and activated. Much simpler and more reliable.

Download and installation tutorial.

• Download the CDP 2020.23.rar archive containing the partition with AUTOCOM 2020.23 software.
• Download and install WinRAR for free if you don't have it, to unzip the archive. >>Download WinRAR<<
• Download and install the VM Ware software that will allow you to launch the previously downloaded AUTOCOM partition. >>Download VM Ware 16 Player<< 
• Unzip the CDP 2020.23.rar archive into your documents.

• Open VM Ware 16, click on "Open a Virtual Machine", then look for the unzipped folder CDP 2020.23 or AUTOCOM 2020.23.

• Inside you will find a single file "2020.23.vmx", click once on it and open it.

• At this moment you will see the partition added to the VMware software.
• Now you just have to launch it by pressing "Play virtual machine".

• Then click on "I Moved it" and not on the others, otherwise a problem of activation will occur.

• Welcome to the desktop, where you will find the AUTOCOM Car and Truck software.

• Configure the software to connect the USB ports to the virtual machine and not to the PC.

• You can update your probe to use it with the new software.
